Everything you need to go from purchase to your first backup.

    Choose your platform

    never-delete is available on the web today (Standard and E2EE dashboards). Android and iOS apps are coming soon — use the web dashboard in your browser for now.

    Create an account

    From the dashboard home page, tap Create account or Sign in. You can also use Google sign-in if it is enabled for your deployment.

  3. 3

    Use the same email as checkout

    If you purchased access on this site, register with the exact email you used at checkout so your storage plan can be linked to your account.

  4. 4

    Upload to your vault

    Go to Backup in the app, select files, and upload. Check Storage on the dashboard to see quota and usage.
